Navarre, Autonomous Community invited to B-Travel 2026

The Autonomous Community of Navarre will be the guest Autonomous Community of B-Travel, which will take place from 20 to 22 March at the Montjuïc venue. Under the slogan ‘Take care of our secret’, Navarre will present its proposal for sustainable, leisurely and conscious tourism at the Fira de Barcelona tourism show.

Navarre’s offer is characterised by the uniqueness of a territory that has been able to preserve its historical identity and its landscape thanks to a model that is based on sustainability and respect for its traditions. With 33% of its territory protected, Navarre claims a tourist development that respects the environment, the local population and does not overcrowd.

In this sense, the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism of the Government of Navarre, Rebeca Esnaola, has pointed out that “the participation of Navarre in B-Travel and our appointment as a Guest Autonomous Community represent a strategic opportunity to strengthen a tourism model that is committed to sustainability, authenticity and innovation, always hand in hand with the sector”.

For his part, the president of B-Travel, Martí Sarrate, highlighted “the great work that Navarre is doing to deseasonalise its tourist offer, relying on its great natural, cultural or gastronomic attractions and promoting public-private collaboration, a model that can serve as an example for the entire tourism ecosystem”.

As a guest Autonomous Community, Navarre will carry out a wide range of activities ranging from presentations of destinations to professional meetings, including food and wine tastings and cultural demonstrations. The aim is to bring B-Travel visitors an offer that integrates protected nature, cultural routes, living traditions and gastronomy linked to the territory, major factors in its tourist positioning.

To this end, it will present initiatives such as its online platform for trip planning, its regulations on itinerant tourism that regulates overnight areas for motorhomes, caravans and campers or its EKLIPSE project to observe the total solar eclipse on August 12 in an environment privileged by the quality of its Starlight certified skies. In addition, new brochures on trails, some innovative experiences of regenerative tourism and its project to bring the local product from the producer to the visitor will be presented.

All Spain at B-Travel
The offer of Navarre joins that of practically all the Spanish autonomous communities that will be present in this edition of the event such as Aragon, Andalusia, the Canary Islands, Castilla-La Mancha, Catalonia, Extremadura, Madrid or Navarra, as well as the island of Menorca and the Provincial Council of Guipúzcoa. Likewise, among the more than 100 exhibitors, visitors will also be able to find international destinations such as China, Croatia, the state of Chihuahua (Mexico), France, Portugal or Uzbekistan, as a guest country, will present their great tourist attractions.

Under the slogan ‘Biajar’, B-Travel reinforces its commitment to travelling well, that is, connecting with destinations, gastronomy, experiences and proposals. In this 2026 edition, the Fira de Barcelona tourism fair aims to connect even more with the concerns and demands of today’s traveller, a profile that is looking for activities that generate new sensations and emotions, so it will present a more specialised offer to make the visit a more complete experience.
