How to participate?
1. Consult the participation dossier
Discover all the options, formats, and advantages of exhibiting at B-Travel 2026.
We’ve prepared a comprehensive dossier so you can see what each format includes, how to gain visibility, and which proposal best suits your brand.
2. Submit your application
Complete and submit the application form, indicating the desired film length and format.
Once approved, you will receive an invoice (€495 + VAT) to confirm your registration.
3. Manage your participation
Through Servifira you can easily book your stand, furniture, and additional services.
IMPORTANT: Booking exhibition space does not include booking a stand. Prices valid until February 26, 2026.
If you bring your own stand, make sure you have a certified electrical panel and contract the necessary power supply through Servifira.
4. Hire the services
Book additional services (electricity, cleaning, internet, accreditation, etc.) through the Fira Barcelona online store.
And that’s it! Your participation will be confirmed once payment is received.
